Introduction

Fibon Capital Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No.: 200901030833 (873938-A)) (“Fibon Capital”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fibon Berhad, which is a Public Listed Company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Fibon Capital is a Scheduled Institution with Bank Negara Malaysia (Central Bank of Malaysia) under the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989, approved to carry out financial business of leasing, factoring, development finance and building credit activities.

Further, Fibon Capital is an approved Finance Institution under the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF) Panel in accordance with the “Surat Pekeliling Perbendaharaan (SPP) Bil.10 Tahun 1995”.

Fibon Capital is an ePerolehan enabled factoring company under “Program Kemudahan Pemfaktoran”, providing factoring facilities to government contractors and suppliers with contracts awarded from Government agencies. With the ePerolehan Transaction Module, Government contractors and suppliers could seek approval of Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia (KKM) to apply various types of project financing & factoring facilities from Fibon Capital.

Here in Fibon Capital, we strive to help the growth of SMEs by providing them with financial facilities such as Pre-Financing Factoring and Business Growth Funds. Those who need a head start for the awarded government agency projects need not look further.

We also assist SMEs which have the skills to complete the tasks, yet aren’t qualified for applying financial facilities due to lacking of collateral, bad credit history, insufficient equity, blacklisted, bankruptcy (DCHEQ, CTOS, CRR, CCIRS Issues), or other specific reasons.
