Bank Guarantee

Fibon Capital provides Bank Guarantee in the form of a Financial Guarantee which ensures the fulfillment of financial obligations by you, or in the form of a Performance and Tender Bond, which ensures the performance of an act agreed between you and the beneficiary. Bank Guarantee is usually utilized for tenders bidding, or to guarantee payment obligation.  It works when a Customer applies for a Bank Guarantee from Fibon Capital to guarantee on the financial or performance obligation as agreed beforehand. In the event that the customer fails to fulfill the financial or performance obligation, the beneficiary can use the Bank Guarantee to recover the financial losses.
